The first Ido ever to exist—even predating the God variant—was a warmongering, suicidal, yet highly advanced soldier and leader. Although not the archetype of Ido, his relentless drive for supremacy and innovation left an indelible mark on history.
Born in the early 2010s in Frankfurt, Germany, his life took a pivotal turn during the Eurasian conflict—a brutal war in which the European Federation clashed with Russia and China for control of the Middle East.
This three-year war left him severely scarred, most notably costing him his left arm. However, instead of succumbing to despair, Ido channelled his intellect and determination into overcoming his physical limitations. He designed and constructed a bionic prosthesis to replace the lost limb, marking the beginning of his journey into advanced augmentation.
Through his experiences on the battlefield, Ido realized that organic biology alone was insufficient for modern warfare. This epiphany drove him to make two groundbreaking decisions.
First, he enhanced his mechanical arm, transforming it into a marvel of engineering far beyond its initial design. His innovations—such as the Praetor tanks and General-Purpose Intelligent Machines—played a crucial role in the European Federation's survival during the 2032 Euro-Ottoman War. By the mid-2030s, Ido had established himself as the world’s foremost supplier of advanced weaponry.
