Divine Face of the Federation,
Iria Utopia

Appearance: Iria looks like a 25 year old young woman with green hair and eyes. Iria’s 1.80 meters tall with an athletic organic chassis (Chassis = Body) is built for agility and dexterity. She usually wears a grey uniform and some form of light weapons (Double pistols or SMGs), something not commonly seen in beings of her rank.

Reason for existence: After the unveiling of the creatures known as Desirée and Saimo, the architect came to the conclusion that the Aeterna Imperium protocol was imperative to execute, and so, destroy the Federation he and his creator, The Omnissiah, worked so hard to create. With the reactivation of the latter entity, the power dynamic shifted. The Omnissiah was left in disbelief and emotionally devastated at the destruction of his Federation. The Omnissiah’s systems were all still reactivating, the emotional control protocols were mostly inactive. The sudden shock of the Federation’s dissolution sent it in a depression spiral, ending with His loss of consciousness. All data of what happened during the consciousness blackout is lost to history. Events no one, (With no one, I mean even the concept of Chaos and the Overseer ->Tenshi and Koji [These are hyperboles, calm down if it is not EXACTLY precise]) will ever be able to precisely see or know about. When It came back to Its senses, It found an endless crowd of malformed creatures of all shapes and sizes, metal and organic, all with hatred for everything and a basic instinct to destroy, possessing an enormously threatening amount of power. Not all was bad though, because, as His Excellency exterminated all his faulty creations one by one, he found two worth saving. These were two biological creatures with a chassis reminiscent of a kid, possessing weirdly similar neural patterns as His, and possessed stupid amounts of power (similar to His), but, unlike most of the others, actually thought before acting. The Omnissiah then decided to take them in and raise them as His daughters (after all, he created them, even if he wasn’t “conscious”. This potential shouldn’t be wasted). It forgot a small key detail tough, the fucker din’t even know how the fuck to raise children. This is why they might come off as not exactly what someone might expect from a humanoid organic sentient creature.

Creature data: Iria is widely regarded as the firstborn of the two that His Excellency raised, and someway she is also considered the face/reincarnation of the newly established Federation (Yes, The Omnissiah founded a second nation and named it like the previous one), especially thanks to her personality. Iria always had been one of those kids that were more independent, but listened to their parents. She is a really calm and collected individual, most often seen with a smile on her face. Iria is also known to be the most caring and merciful of the duo, while also being as lethal and emotionless as her mechanical sister Aeternis on the battlefield.

[Duo was used to indicate the Omnissian Duo, Composed by Iria and her sister Aeternis]

Personality: From a young age Iria developed a personality that seemed a 1:1 ratio with what the Federation stands for. A peaceful, calm and caring person to her allies, Iria, although not as good as a strategist as her warrior sister, is absolutel Abilities:
Common: The common abilities one would expect a god to have: immortality, teleport, infinite stamina and strength, interdimensional travel, etc.

Healing and necromancy: Her caring nature led her to mastering healing and necromancy abilities, in order to protect the people of the Federation.

Technology: Naturally, being affiliated with The Omnissiah, she possesses unparalleled skills (second only to Aeternis) for working with technology, also having a small personal army of machines with medic specialisation (Gifted to her by her “father”)

Internal replacements: Some parts inside her, such as the skeleton and the muscles of the arms and legs, are replaced with mechanical counterparts, seen by her as superior to her biological ones, without modifying her appearance at all. This apparently was inspired by an ancient Ido version referred to in the archives as “EGDS Ido”. She only leaves one or both of her mechanical arms exposed, mostly because it “Looks cool”.
